According to the Regulations on the procedure of investment tenders, approved by the Kyiv City Council on May 24, 2007, № 528/1189, and the decision of a permanent competition commission formed by the order of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) on October 22, 2007, №1403 (protocol from 28 November 2016 №91/2016 and 26 December 2016 № 93/2016), preparation works for the investment competition to attract investors for the project "Creating a network of stations to hire kayaks, canoes and other equipment for water sports in the city of Kyiv".

The project provides for the creation of a network of stations in the Dniprovskyi district - on the Dnieper embankment, Dolobetsky island,18 Raisa Okipnoi street; Darnytskyi district - Collectorna street (near the lake Tyagle), 55 Sadoviy street (near the lake Martyshiv), Malozemelna street (South Bridge); Holosiivskyi district - Naberezhno-Korchuvatska street; Obolonskyi district - 5 Prirechnaya and 25 Prirechnaya streets, 25 Generala Vatutina avenue in Desnianskyi district.
