Project description
The project envisages the demolition of non-residential buildings (1,878 m2) located on the land plot and compensation by the investor of its value to the budget of Kyiv. The investor will receive ownership of the newly built object.
Location
The land plot on which the construction of a preschool educational institution is planned is located at the address:7-A Kudryashova Street in the Solom'yans'kyi district of Kyiv. The approximate area of the site is 0.59 hectares, located in a residential area. The relief of the site is uneven, with a significant slope towards the Kudryashova str. and Kudryashova Lane. In proximity to public transport - 10 minutes walk to trolleybus stop, 15 minutes walk to a metro station.
