STATUS

The winner of the investment competition - ME "Zhytloinvestbud-UKB" is determined by the decision of the permanent competitive commission to attract investors. The results are approved by the order of the Kyiv city state administration dated March 25, 2015, No. 268. An investment agreement has been concluded. The winner paid to the budget of Kyiv 721,781.67 UAH on the creation of social, engineering, and transport infrastructure. Сommissioning of investment objects is planned in Q4 2021.
