CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS WITH A FULL COMPLEX OF SERVICES

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project provides for the construction of residential quarters with a full complex of services by freeing up areas of the ME «Kyivkomunservis» production base and transferring it from the 37-41 Bakynska street to 94-a Chervonopraporna street. Buildings (194.8 m2, 47.6 m2, 353.6 m2) on Bakynska street are on the balance sheet of ME «Kyivkomunservis» will be written off and demolished. The project is designed for 4 stages. The first stage of the project is the construction of a residential district with a full range of services, the total estimated land area of which is 6.9 hectares.

The residential quarter consists of:

- A preschool educational institution for 107 children.

- Secondary school with a capacity of 358 children.

- 20-storey residential buildings.

- Parking with 906 lots.

APPROVAL AND PERMISSION

Appropriate departments of Kyiv City State Administration, ME «Kyivkomunservis»

The object is included in the list of attractive investments.

Nowadays, there is a procedure for approval of the draft decision on property issues with relevant departments of the KCSA.

STATUS

The project is included in the list of objects that need to attract investment;

Development of indicative technical and economic indicators and possible pre-project proposals;

It is necessary to amend the decision of the Kyiv City Council of March 31, 2016, № 255/255.

Allocation of land;

Approval of possible pre-project proposals.

All investment projects
