The competition is held by the Department of Economics and Investments of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) in accordance with the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated May 24, 2007 No. 528/1189 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Investment Contests for the Construction, Reconstruction, Restoration, and Other Objects residential and non-residential, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv "(as amended), the order of the Kyiv city state administration of 22.10.200 7 No. 1403 "On approval of the composition of the standing competitive commission for attracting investors to finance the construction, reconstruction, restoration and other objects of residential and non-residential purposes, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv" (as amended) and the order of the Kyiv city state administration dated March 6, 2015, No. 208 "On conducting an investment competition for attracting an investor to the construction of a private secondary school in the 3 rd neighborhood of the Obolon housing estate on 10 Heroiv Stalingradu avenue  in the Obolonsky district."

The object of investment is the construction of a private secondary school (secondary school of I-III degrees) in the 3rd residential neighborhood of Obolon on 10 Heroiv Stalingradu avenue in the Obolonsky district. The estimated cost of construction of the Investment Object is UAH 169,446,420.00. The area of the land plot is 2.2 hectares. According to the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated May 24, 2012, № 523/7880, the land plot was transferred to the state administration of the Obolon district in Kyiv, incl. building area - 3920 m2.

The competition documentation is submitted to the participants of the contest at the following address: 01044, Kyiv, st. Khreshchatyk, 36, room. 620, tel. 202-79-34, 202-76-78, 202-72-60 (Monday - Friday from 10.00 to 16.00) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day of the announcement of the tender. A document that confirms payment by the participant of the registration fee is required.
