According to the results of the investment tender, the Department of Economics and Investments (Kyiv City State Administration), municipal enterprise "Kyiv Investment Agency" and  "SOV INVEST" LLC signed an investment agreement on the construction of residential houses with social and cultural facilities and underground parking. Some of the apartments will be given to victims of the group of investment and construction companies "Elita-Center". 

Estimated construction cost - more than UAH 225 million. "SOV INVEST" LLC will pay over UAH 2 million to the city budget for the creation of social, engineering and transport infrastructure of Kyiv and will give the victims of the activities of the group of investment and construction companies "Elite-Center" at least 904.88 sq.m. of housing.
