Description of the project

The possibility of building a former municipal solid waste landfill № 1 of a ski complex with recreational facilities for active all-season recreation in the Holosiivskyi district is being studied.

Estimated technical and economic indicators *

1. An artificial reservoir (33,000 m2);

2. Ski slopes of varying complexity and slope (5 tracks 15-40 m wide), total area 73,200 m2 (without a rental zone, in the summer - tubing);

3. Ski lifts (2 lifts 4-6 - chairlifts, 250 m and 500 m long);

4. Half-pipe (length 100 m, slope 7 deg., Width 13 m, depth of 6.5 m);

5. Year-round rodelban with manual control (rail, length 2 km);

6. Hotel and restaurant complex (total area 5,400 m2) + parking;

7. Hotel (55 houses of 3 types, total area 4,905 m2);

8. Equestrian sports club ( building area 8,400 m2, indoor and open arenas, stable, cafe, mini-hotel, tech. room, parking);

9. Cafe (150 seats, 800 m2);

10. Sports complex (9,595 m2);

11. Public center (6,315 m2, 2 floors, food courts, restaurant, skeleton, children's playgrounds premises, equipment rental, parking);

12. Sports grounds (tennis - 3 fields, mini football - 4 fields, tennis table 5 tables, street simulators, - 12,000 m2);

13. Cafe-restaurant area of the show (1,100 m2);

14. Buildings of the outback zone (trading, rolling, stands, etc. - 370 m2);
