Construction of a medical center within the area of Kyiv clinical hospital № 14 in Shevchenkivskyi district
Status
Kyiv City State Administration reports that according to the results of the investment tender to attract investors to the project "Construction of a medical center within the area of Kyiv clinical hospital № 14 on the 3 Zoologichna street in Shevchenkivskyi district", the winner is the LLC "Capital" (identification code - 32381903), the results approved by the order of the Kyiv city state administration of August 29, 2016, №752. The investor paid UAH 13.6 million to strengthen the material and technical base of Kyiv City Tuberculosis Hospital №2. The investor started the construction of a new building of the medical center on November 9, 2017. All general construction works and landscaping have been completed. Currently, internal specialized technological works and final decoration of premises are carried out.

- A private medical center within the area of Kyiv clinical hospital № 14 on 3 Zoologichna street in Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv.
- The complex of non-functioning and emergency buildings and structures is located on the project site which is subject to demolition.
- The investor acquires the ownership of the built medical center, carries out a complex of actions concerning the improvement of the adjoining territory of the project area, and carries additional investment obligations.
LOCATION
The project`s land plot is located in the recreation area in the territory of Kyiv City Clinical Hospital №14. The proximity to the public transport – 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, 15 minutes walk to the metro.
