DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The reason for the development of pre-design proposals for the construction of a road service facility on the Medova street in Solomenskiy district of Kyiv is the order of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) from 04.06.2017. No. 408 "On conducting an investment competition for attracting an investor for the construction of an object of road service on the Medova street in Solomyansky district ».

The object of road service (Gas station) is a complex consisting of:

The building of the road service object (Gas station) - building with a point of service for drivers and passengers;

Filling islands (2 pcs.),with a canopy wihich has covered transition to the buildingr;

Underground reservoir LPG, capacity 5.0 m3;

Platform for LPG tanker;

Parking for 4 cars;

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LAND 

A site for the construction of an object of road service (Gas station) on the Medova street is situated in Solomyansky district of the city of Kyiv. The approximate area of the plot is 0.32 hectares. The plot is designed taking into account the scheme of development of the street and road network in the area of the Medova street.
