Project description

The project provides for the demolition of non-residential buildings with an area of 730.0 m2, 24.0 m2, and 12.0 m2 on the 66 Dmytrivska street in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv and the construction of a new modern preschool educational institution. The cost of the objects is reimbursed by the investor by transferring funds to a special fund of the budget of the city of Kyiv determined in the terms and conditions of the investment tender. The investor will receive ownership of the newly built object.

LOCATION

The project`s land plot is located in the residential and commercial area in the middle of the quarter neighboring with the Kyiv`s main circus. The proximity to the public transport - 5 minutes walk to the trolleybus stop, 10 minutes walk to the metro.

Status

• - the project is included in the list of objects that require investment attraction;
• - indicative technical and economic indicators and possible pre-project proposals have been developed;
• - conditions approved and investment tender announced;
• - winner of investment tender has been determined and investment agreement signed.
