Amusement park on the territory of the Hydropark (Venetian Island)

The Kyiv City State Administration invites investors to take part in an investment tender for the construction of an amusement park on the territory of the Hydropark (Venetiansky Island).

Investment object:

Arrangement of an amusement park on the territory of Hydropark (Venetian Island)

Ownership of the Investment Object:

Acquisition by the Investor of the right of ownership or use (lease) of the Territory of arrangement and/or any land plot on the basis of the investment agreement is prohibited;

Construction of capital structures on the territory is prohibited. Installation of the Investment object (its components) is carried out by installing only temporary structures, without laying the foundations; the installation of rides is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;

Type of land right:

In the process of registration for the permanent use for cultural, health, recreational, sports, and tourist purposes by the Project owner* in accordance with the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 18.12.2018 №452 / 6503.
