Project description	The project envisages the arrangement of a water sports area, a children's play area, a public space area, and a recreation area on the bank of the Verbliud (Camel) bay
Legal basis	Resolution of the City Mayor No.511 of June 19, 2023
Construction project owner	Municipal enterprise "Pleso"
Preparatory (pre-investment) works	Municipal enterprise "Kyiv Investment Agency"
Address	Verliud bay bank of Dnipro river, Obolonskyi district
Location	plot of land on which it is planned to arrange a family recreation area with recreational facilities and landscaping of the surrounding area is located on the bank of the Verbliud bay in the Obolonskyi district. The territory needs improvement, the fundamental solution of which laid down in pre-project proposals.
Status	the project is included in the list of objects that require investment attraction; indicative technical and economic indicators, possible pre-project proposals are developing.
