PROJECT’S DESCRIPTION

According to project, a new shopping center will be built on the site of the reconstructed overpass. Passenger traffic is 54 thousand people a day (one of the highest in the city).Total area of the land plot is 2.17 ha. Total area of the shopping center is 22.781 sq.m.
