CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX WITH UNDERGROUND PARKING

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ME “Kyiv Investment Agency” is developing the project. The project provides for the demolition of the existing unfinished non-residential building and the construction of a multifunctional complex with underground parking on 7-9 Vasylya Poryka Avenue, landscaping of the adjacent area, as well as landscaping of the park. The project was designed as an economy/comfort residential complex. The total area of the land plot is 2.05 ha. The GBA of the complex is 36,506 sq.m.
