Project description
As part of the project, it is planned to write off the communal property and compensation by the investor of its value to the budget of Kyiv. On the territory adjacent to the public (recreational) complex there is a recreation area with greenery. The main networks that need to be relocated do not pass through the site. Land plot with an approximate area of 0.21 hectares. The plot has a uniform relief. Currently, a two-story non-residential building (731.80 m2) of communal ownership is located on the land plot, which is not functioning and is in a critical condition.
