The Zagreb cinema building (2,561.5 sq.m) is an abandoned and technically unsuitable structure and requires investment attraction. The project envisages attraction of the investor in the construction of a public purpose facility with the commitment of compensation by the investor of the value of the real estate to the budget of the city of Kyiv and free transfer of part of the investment object (cultural purpose) to the communal property.
