Municipal enterprise "Kyiv Investment Agency" has been identified as the customer of preparatory (pre-investment) works for conducting a tender for attracting an investor to the project implementation. The project provides for the construction of office and residential complexes with built-in commercial facilities. The project also envisages the reconstruction of existing stairs.
