DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
TMO "Ftyziatriya", located on the land plot, does not carry out any economic activities. 2 (two) real estate objects are closed and do not functioned since 04.05.15. The project provides for technical inventory and independent evaluation of communal property objects, preparation of a draft decision of the Kyiv City Council on granting permission for the demolition of these objects and the investor's reimbursement of its value to the budget of Kyiv. The investor will acquire ownership of the newly built object.
