Project description

Municipal enterprise "Kyiv Investment Agency" is identified as a construction project owner and a customer of preparatory (pre-investment) works for conducting an investment contest for attracting the investor to implement a project for the construction of residential buildings with public facilities (including for citizens who suffered from the activities of the group investment and building companies "Elita-center") on the Myloslavska street in Desnianskyi district of Kyiv. Land plot for the project is situated on the Myloslavska street within the boundaries of a detailed plan of territory within the Honore de Balzac, Myloslavska, Mykoly Zakrevskoho, Alexandra Saburova streets in the Desnyanskiy district of Kyiv which was approved by the decision of Kyiv City council on June 26, 2018 №992/5056.
