Project description

Kyiv Investment Agency is developing this project. The project envisages the construction of a residential building in three sections with public premises on the ground floor. There is also underground parking with 237 lots on two levels.

Approval and permission

Appropriate departments:

Department of land resources of Kyiv City State Administration;

Department of the municipal property of Kyiv City State Administration;

Department of urban planning and architecture of Kyiv City State Administration.

The tender committee has included the project in the list of attractive investments.

The intersection of Amurska and Sumska street, Holosiivs'kyi district, Kyiv, Ukraine

Location

The site has a complex relief with a significant difference in height with the highest point at the intersection of streets and with a steep slope in the northern direction along the Sumska street. Proximity to public transport - 10 minutes' walk to the bus stop.
