Project description

Kyiv Investment Agency is engaged in preparatory (pre-investment) work for the investment competition and the development of indicative technical and economic indicators and possible pre-project proposal for the project on a land plot with an approximate area of 0.59 hectares. The land plot is located in the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv in a residential area that was built in the 1960s and it is a residential area with well-developed social and transport infrastructure. The land plot is located in 5 minutes to public transport stops (bus, trolleybus). Proximity to the metro - 10 minutes by public transport to the station «Livoberezhna».
