| Location | The approximate area of the plot on which the sports and beach complex is planned is 2.9 hectares. The plot is located on the coastal zone near the Willow Grove Park. The following functional zoning is expected on the site: a recreation area with a swimming pool and a bar; a beach area with sunbeds, a children's play area, a volleyball court and a TRX area; barbecue area and fishing area with fishing piers. In accordance with the needs of the functional zones, temporary structures made of prefabricated elements are provided. |
