"Smart city" today is the most progressive way of developing urban space around the world. The concept of "smart city" involves the use of digital technologies that provide access to a variety of indicators in the city.

To promote the introduction of modern smart-technologies in urban infrastructure Kyiv Smart City initiative for the third time will organize Kyiv Smart City Forum 2018 that will be held on October 31, 2018, at CEC "Parkovy".

This year, the forum will become a communication platform for more than 1000 guests. Among them are representatives of city authorities, embassies and media, opinion leaders, infrastructure experts, urbanists, architects, environmentalists, as well as business representatives, non-governmental organizations, and international foundations. More than 40 speakers will share experience in introducing technologies for the development of a safe and comfortable urban space.

The forum program consists of six sections in the format of a short talk. The main topics are Smart City, Smart Mobility, Smart Building, e-democracy and blockchain technologies, creative economy and education, ecology, and energy efficiency.
