The Municipal Property Department of Kyiv has announced tenders for the sale of small privatization objects - real estate.The tenders will be held at the PROZORRO.SALES ETS on December 28-29, 2023. Participants have the opportunity to acquire commercial real estate located in Sviatoshynskyi, Dniprovskyi, Pecherskyi and Darnytskyi districts of the capital. The areas of the properties range from 25.9 sq.m. to 411.6 sq.m. The following properties are also planned for sale: 1) non-residential building (lit. A) with a total area of 1761.1 sq.m. at 10 Makhova Oleksandra (Zholudeva) Street in Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv The land plot under the property is not separately allocated. According to the City Land Cadastre, the facility is located on a land plot of 2,714.50 sq.m. at 10 Zholudeva (now Makhova Oleksandra) Street in Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv and is registered under the code 75:319:0030.
