SE “SETAM” invites private individuals, local and regional businesses to take part in the purchase of assets via the state-run electronic auction platform OpenMarket.

Participation in electronic auctions will enable potential investors to gain access to exclusive information on current trends and the latest offers on the electronic market for the sale of assets, effectively optimise business relocation processes, expand supply/storage/sales markets for a wide variety of products, reduce costs associated with logistics, maintenance, storage and property management, and generate additional profit through the sale of such assets via the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine’s open state auction.

The mechanism for the sale of assets via electronic auctions conducted by the State Enterprise ‘SETAM’ is clearly regulated by the Sales Procedure and is open and public (available at:  https://setam.net.ua/poryadok-realizacii-areshtovanogo-majna).

SE “SETAM” is a commercial enterprise based on state ownership, falling under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and operating in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
