An investor is to be involved in the construction of a medical center at 6 Alla Gorska Street in the Shevchenkivskyi district. According to the order of the Mayor of Kyiv No. 604 of 12 July 2023, an investment tender will be announced. This was reported by the Department of Economics and Investments of the Kyiv City State Administration.

Earlier, Kyiv City Council deputies adopted a decision to resolve property issues. This actually gives permission to demolish the outdated buildings of the TB dispensary at 6 Alla Gorska Street, which has been out of operation since 2015, at the expense of an investor involved through a tender. The estimated total area of the facilities is 1,153 sq m.

According to the Department, the demolition of municipal property of the Kyiv territorial community will take place only after the winner of the investment tender is determined, the contract is concluded and the investor compensates the value of the municipal property.

Kyiv Phthisiopulmonological Centre has been appointed as the construction customer. Pre-investment works, including the development and approval of technical and economic indicators and possible pre-project proposals for the investment object, will be carried out by the Kyiv Investment Agency. The terms of the tender will be prepared by the Department of Economics and Investments of the KCSA.

A permanent committee to involve investors in financing the construction, reconstruction and restoration of municipal infrastructure will hold an investment tender.

The project will improve the quality of healthcare services provided to citizens, including the use of the latest medical technologies, create new jobs, and involve investment resources in the Kyiv economy.
