This year, Kyiv will once again be represented at the world's largest real estate investment exhibition "MIPIM-2017", which will take place on March 14-17 in Cannes (France), where about 5,000 international investors will be able to get acquainted with promising investment projects in the Ukrainian capital.

Kyiv has been participating in the MIPIM world exhibitions since 2005, and this year the city is preparing its own stand in the central part of the Palais-1 level with a total area of 37.64 square meters. It will present the most interesting and promising real estate investment projects in Kyiv, as well as leading developers. The participation of the capital in "MIPIM-2017" will allow forming a positive investment image of Kyiv abroad, to attract additional foreign investments in the real estate of the city.

MIPIM is the World Real Estate Investment Exhibition, which annually brings together all market segments: office, residential, tourist and hotel, commercial, logistics real estate, and infrastructure projects. The total number of exhibitors - more than 20 thousand people, including representatives of local administrations, investors, architects, service providers, corporate tenants, hotel groups and hotel operators, business providers from 89 countries, including France, Germany, Britain, Italy, Spain, USA, Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa.

The MIPIM-2017 exhibition includes 17,700 square meters of exhibition space, the MIPIM Innovation Forum, the Architecture café, more than 250 world-class conferences, and specialized areas dedicated to logistics, industrial real estate, tourism, hotel complexes, and also the real estate sector of medical institutions.

The Ukrainian Real Estate Club, a professional membership organization that unites leading local and international companies operating in the real estate market of Ukraine, develops the program and provides media support for Kyiv’s participation in MIPIM-2017.
