An investment tender is held by the Department of Economy and Investment of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) in accordance with the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 24.05.2007 № 528/1189 "On approval of the Regulations on the procedure for holding investment tenders for construction, reconstruction, restoration, etc. of residential and non-residential facilities, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv" (as amended), an order of the Kyiv City State Administration dated 22.10.2007 № 1403 "On approval of the composition of the permanent tender commission to attract investors to finance the construction, reconstruction, restoration, etc. of residential and non-residential facilities, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv" (as amended) and the order of the Kyiv City State Administration dated 25.11.2013 № 2141 "On conducting an investment tender to attract investors to the construction of a medical center on the part of the area of Kyiv City Clinical Hospital № 14 on the 3 Zoologichna street in the Shevchenkivskyi district". The announcement was published in the "Khreschatyk" newspaper from 03.06.2015 № 59 (4829).

1. Information about the object of investment:

1.1. The object of investment is the construction of a medical center on the part of the area of Kyiv City Clinical Hospital № 14 on the 3 Zoologichna street in the Shevchenkivskyi district (hereinafter - the object of investment).

1.2. The land plot for the implementation of the investment project with an approximate area of 0.57 hectares is located on the 3 Zoologichna street in Shevchenkivskyi district and is part of the land plot with the purpose: operation and maintenance of buildings and structures of the hospital (hereinafter - the land plot). An approximate layout of the land plot is provided as part of the tender documentation. The final area and boundaries of the land plot will be determined by the land management documentation approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine and duly executed documentation for the right to use the land plot.

1.3. There are non-functioning, emergency buildings on the land plot, which belong to the communal property of the territorial community of the city of Kyiv.

1.5. The estimated cost of construction of the investment object (without installation of medical equipment) - 173,992,185.00 (One hundred seventy-three million nine hundred ninety-two thousand one hundred eighty-five hryvnias 00 kopecks) including VAT, based on the unit cost (according to the indirect cost of construction of social facilities under construction in Ukraine, specified in the letter of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine dated 26.10.2015 № 7 / 15-12656):

- bed-place - UAH 521,215;

- visit per shift - UAH 105,635;

- 1 sq. m. of the parking area - UAH 13,834.

1.6. The final technical and economic indicators of the investment object may differ from the approximate technical and economic indicators of the investment object specified in these terms and conditions and will be determined in accordance with the approved project documentation.

1.7. The estimated cost of construction of the investment object may change in accordance with the approved project documentation and the actual costs of the Investor to implement the investment project. The final cost of construction of the investment object is determined in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
