An investment tender is held by the Department of Economy and Investment of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) in accordance with the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 24.05.2007 № 528/1189 "On approval of the Regulations on the procedure for holding investment tenders for construction, reconstruction, restoration, etc. of residential and non-residential facilities, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv" (as amended), an order of the Kyiv City State Administration dated 22.10.2007 № 1403 "On approval of the composition of the permanent tender commission to attract investors to finance the construction, reconstruction, restoration, etc. of residential and non-residential facilities, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv" (as amended) and the order of the Kyiv City State Administration dated 18.09.2015 № 920 “On conducting an investment tender to attract an investor to the implementation of an investment project ""Installation of drinking water treatment stations of the type BAV (activated water pump room) to provide free quality drinking water to educational institutions of Obolonskyi district (Lot 1)" (as amended). The announcement was published in the "Khreschatyk" newspaper from 03.06.2015 № 59 (4829).

1. Information about the object of investment:

1.1. An object of investment - drinking water treatment stations for additional provision of educational institutions of Obolonskyi district (Lot 1) (hereinafter - the Investment Object):

1.2. Installation of the Investment Object - a set of design, installation, and other works aimed at the location of drinking water treatment stations and the creation of the Investment Object as a whole.

1.3. Technical and economic indicators of the Investment Object:

- The investment object consists of 5 (five) drinking water treatment stations (hereinafter - the Drinking water treatment station);

- Drinking water treatment station - a collective installation (device) of drinking water supply, designed to draw water from the water supply network and bring its quality to the requirements of state standards and these Terms and Conditions;

- type of construction Drinking water treatment station: a temporary one-story lightweight structure made in accordance with the basic requirements for structures defined by the technical regulations of construction products, buildings, and structures, and installed temporarily, without foundation;

- total area of the Investment Object - not more than 31.25 sq.m., area of the Drinking Water Treatment Station - not more than 6.25 sq.m .;

- automated complex for bottling and sale of purified drinking water - an integral part of the Drinking Water Purification Station, designed for bottling and sale of purified drinking water in automatic mode.

1.4. The estimated total cost of installing the Investment Object is UAH 2,385,700 (two million three hundred and eighty-five thousand seven hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks) including VAT.

1.5. The final cost of installing the Investment Object is determined in accordance with the approved project documentation.
