The Danish Export-Import Fund (EIFO) provides financing for the rehabilitation of critical infrastructure and private sector development in Ukraine through grants to public institutions and loans to businesses.

Public institutions can receive grants of up to 40% of the project cost if procurement is made from Danish suppliers, which facilitates international cooperation and faster recovery. Private companies can take advantage of loans on commercial terms, including for the development of renewable energy, water resources, and other strategic areas.

The financing is aimed at supporting Ukraine's economic resilience and also creates opportunities for Danish exporters by covering their political and commercial risks. In total, the Danish government has allocated €550 million for the implementation of such initiatives, making this program one of the key ones in the field of international financial support for Ukraine.

Deadline is 31 December 2025.
