Ten Kyiv companies represented Ukraine at the international food industry exhibition ‘Riga Food 2025’, which took place in Riga from 4 to 6 September, according to the website of the Kyiv City State Administration.

The capital's companies presented a wide range of products, from innovative packaging solutions to premium food products. The participation of Kyiv companies was part of the city's strategy to promote its export potential and strengthen Kyiv's position as an attractive investment region in Ukraine.

Participants included: Interagropack LLC, Kyiv Margarine Plant PJSC, FAVOR LLC, Obolon PJSC, Ridna Yizha LLC, KYIVHLIB LLC, Kyiv Pasta Factory LLC, Askania-Pak LLC, Chanta Mount LLC, and ITAC LLC.

The opening of the Made in Kyiv stand was a spectacular event that brought together high-ranking officials and business representatives. The event was attended by Anatoliy Kutsevol, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Latvia, Maris Sprindžuks, Deputy Mayor of Riga, and Oleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Trade House in Latvia. The Kyiv City State Administration was represented by Hanna Starostenko and Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Enterprise Development Anatoliy Bagan.

The exhibition also featured a Business Forum on Ukrainian-Latvian Cooperation, which served as a platform for presenting Kyiv's export potential and establishing direct contacts between businesses in Ukraine and the Baltic states. Forum participants, including representatives of the city administrations of Kyiv and Riga and manufacturing companies, discussed prospects for cooperation, held B2B meetings and concluded a number of important agreements.

Riga Food 2025 became an important platform for strengthening the position of Kyiv brands and expanding economic and cultural ties between Kyiv and the Baltic region.
