The Ministry of Economy has developed questionnaires for Ukrainian companies that carry out international trade activities or have plans to enter new foreign markets regarding the peculiarities of the trade regimes of WTO members. The completed questionnaires will be processed by the Ministry of Economy and taken into account in the process of preparing a consolidated format of questions, which will be sent to the WTO Secretariat in an official manner from Ukraine, according to the message http://surl.li/ercgh

Questionnaires developed for trade policy reviews are available at the following links:

• Japan (the review is scheduled for March 1 and 3, 2023);

• Republic of Turkey (the review is scheduled for March 8 and 10, 2023);

• European Union (the review is scheduled for June 5 and 7, 2023).

The plan for reviews of the trade policies of WTO members in 2023 provides for reviews of the trade policies of Japan, the Republic of Turkey, the European Union, the Republic of Albania, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the member countries of the South African Customs Union (Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia and South Africa Republic), separate customs territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu, etc.

Regularly conducting such reviews contributes to increasing the transparency and predictability of trade policies of WTO members and is a useful tool for searching and obtaining information about the conditions of international trade.
