Acceptance of investment proposals for the implementation of the project to arrange the attraction of rope crossing over the Dnieper River from the Friendship of Nations Arch to Trukhaniv Island has started. This was reported by the Department of Economics and Investment of the Kyiv City State Administration.

The Department emphasizes that this is a rope crossing attraction, which has nothing to do with a major infrastructure project in the field of transport - the construction of a cable car.

"The project in no way concerns the implementation of a major infrastructure project in the field of transport - the construction of a cable car across the Dnieper River, which is under preparation. Currently, investment tender has been announced and a rope crossing project is being prepared for implementation, which envisages the installation of only temporary structures made of lightweight structures,” - the Department said.

Bids are accepted until November 16, 2020. You can submit documentation in person or through authorized persons.

The main criterion for determining the winner of the competition will be the best proposal for the amount of payment for the maintenance and development of Trukhaniv Island in the Dniprovskyi district.

The territory of the attraction consists of two land plots - 0.02 ha, located near the Friendship of Nations Arch in the Pecherskyi district of Kyiv, and 0.05 ha, located on the Trukhaniv Island in the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv.

The estimated total cost of equipping the investment object is UAH 3.6 million.
