The Kyiv city authorities have taken an important step in providing the population of the capital with quality drinking water.

An investment tender was held for a pilot project to install drinking water treatment stations to provide for educational institutions in the Obolonskyi district.

The investment agreement between the Department of Economy and Investment, Department of Education of Obolon District State Administration, and LLC «UR-AKVA» (Investor) was concluded on September 26, 2016.

The pupils of two (2) nurseries (№280 at 23 Obolonskiy avenue and №614 at 26 Ozerna street) and students of two (2) secondary schools (№170 at 8 Pivnichna street and №216 at 8 Mate Zalky street) will be able to consume high-quality purified drinking water free of charge.
