The volume of lease agreements in the office real estate market of Kyiv in the Q1 2017 amounted to 90.5 thousand square meters, of which 54.2 thousand in the Q2 2017.

According to experts from JLL, which conducted the study, these indicators are at the level of 2016 and can be compared with pre-crisis values. For comparison, the volume of transactions in 2014-2015 was 42% lower than the current indicators.

The main demand in 2017 is observed by IT companies. The share of this sector in the structure of lease agreements concluded in the Q1 2017 reached the maximum value for all time and amounted to 60%.

The maximum base rental rate, according to JLL, has not changed and is $28 for sq.m per month (excluding VAT and OPEX).
