The business mission of representatives of the construction sector of Ukraine and representatives of state and local administrations of Ukraine implementing the tasks of restoration and modernisation will take place on 13-14 May 2025.

The event is organised by the Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Lviv, the Ministry of Development and Technology of the Republic of Poland and the Polish Association of Employers in the Construction Industry.

The mission is organised to share experience and best practices in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, establish partnerships with Polish construction companies and institutions that promote local development, deepen knowledge of investor service standards and implement projects in the format of public-private partnerships.

The programme of the event includes presentations by Polish companies and institutions. Study visits to the construction site of the Warsaw Zachodnia railway station and the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, networking meetings with Polish businesses interested in cooperating in the implementation of projects in Ukraine, thematic trainings for local government representatives, and participation in the III International Convention ‘Construction Poland-Ukraine’.

The mission participants are provided with free accommodation in Warsaw for the period from 12 to 14 May 2025 and participation in all mission activities. Travel expenses are covered by the participants themselves
