Electronic auctions for the lease of state-owned objects in Kyiv will be held in September. This is reported by the Kyiv Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

The list of leased assets of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, which will be auctioned in September, includes objects for various purposes - from large warehouses to small retail outlets.

In particular, a one-story building with a total area of 702.7 m² (warehouse for storage of materials) located at 23-A Voskresenskyi str. (former name – Perova str.) is proposed for consideration. The asset of a large area is connected to the electricity grid and can be used for any purpose.

The starting price is UAH 179. per month without VAT.

The date of the auction is September 25, 2023.

Also up for auction is a room with a total area of 189.2 m² on the first floor of an administrative building located at the address: str. General Almazov, 18/7. The asset of a large area is connected to the necessary communications. Can be used for any purpose.
