Applications may be submitted by government bodies, local authorities, international and civil society organisations, research institutions and private companies. The deadline for applications is 25 May 2026. Initiatives implemented as part of a multi-stakeholder partnership are encouraged.

Two online information sessions are planned for potential participants – on 29 April and 19 May.
