A tender to attract an investor for the reconstruction of the buildings of the non-profit enterprise St Michael's Clinical Hospital in Kyiv and the construction of a car park has been held. It was TO TON GROUP LLC. This is stated in the order of the Kyiv Mayor No. 509, according to the Department of Economics and Investments of the Kyiv City State Administration.

According to the Department, it is planned to reconstruct not the complex of St. Michael's Clinical Hospital in Kyiv, but only a separate facility located on its territory - the lower entrance hall of the H-1 building with an area of 18.1 sq m at 39/1 Shovkovychna Street. A car park will be built there for hospital visitors, Kyiv residents and guests of the capital.

According to the indicative technical and economic indicators of the investment object, in accordance with the pre-project proposals, the car park is designed for 300 car spaces with medical and technical facilities. It is also planned to arrange a park and a terrace.

The winner will sign an investment agreement with St Michael's Clinical Hospital of Kyiv as the customer and the Department as the organizer of the tender.

The creation of new parking spaces will help to relieve traffic congestion in the city center, develop infrastructure and attract investment resources to the Kyiv economy.
