A new Kyiv Convention Office was created in order to develop business tourism in Kyiv which will work on increasing the tourist potential of the capital in the sphere of business tourism.

This was announced at a conference of the Tourism and Promotion Department with the representatives of travel companies "Equator. Future VS Past ". Only in the first quarter of 2019, the capital was visited by more than 355 thousand foreign tourists. And thanks to the tourist tax the city budget for six months added to almost 23 million UAH. Every year more than 1,500 business events held in Kyiv. This indicates that the capital is interesting for international business.

Creation of Kyiv Convention Office will allow deeper work in the field of business tourism and it will make Kyiv more attractive for foreign tourists and international business.
