Project description

In 2014, PJSC "Kyivenerho" performed a number of measures to reconnect consumers from the Svyatoshino district boiler house to the Bilychi heating district, in connection with which the boiler house was transferred to the reserve and the equipment was preserved. To obtain heat load for the construction of a residential building and the final liquidation of the quarter boiler house "Svyatoshino" requires shifting of the existing heating line and upgrading engineering equipment.

The project will be implemented in two stages:

  1. Implementation of measures for the final liquidation of the boiler house, its write-off with payment by the investor of compensation to the budget of the city of Kyiv, and demolition of the boiler house.
  2. Construction of a multi-story residential building with public facilities.

Approvals and permits

Appropriate departments of Kyiv city state administration.

Other entities: PJSC “Kyivenergo”, KP “Institute of the General Plan of the City of Kyiv” (sent for consideration in the work).

Location

The land plot of the project is located in a residential area bordering on economy class residential complexes. Proximity to public transport - 5 minutes walk to the trolleybus stop, 15 minutes walk to the metro.

Land plot: 0.458 ha

Existing real estate (boiler house and warehouse): 642.1 m2 and 111.5 m2 (will be written off and demolished)

GBA (project): 20,200 m2

Apartment area: 13,000 m2

Parking with 120 lots: 3,600 m2

Estimated costs for utilities (technical specifications and liquidation of the boiler house): UAH 15 million

The volume of investment: UAH 331 mln

Status
