In accordance with the decree of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv city state administration) of October 30, 2018, № 1963, the investment competition is planned for attracting the investor to the implementation of the project "Arrangement of informational software and technical complexes of self-service and the creation of the appropriate infrastructure for the centers of the provision of administrative services of the city of Kyiv (ASCs)".

The project is aimed at developing the “Single Window System”, the "Electronic Government" strategy, accelerating the procedure of reception of citizens and issuing permits, as well as attracting investment resources to the Kyiv city economy.
