On 28 June, an online auction will be held to privatise a 100% state-owned stake in the charter capital of Investagro LLC. This was reported by the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv.

The main activity of the company is the cultivation of cereals (except rice), legumes and oilseeds.

The total area of land plots is 1483.2729 hectares.

The total area of buildings and structures is 6222.2 sq. m.

The object of privatisation includes 25 registered units of real estate and infrastructure, including production, warehouse, administrative buildings and structures, etc.

The company's balance sheet also includes 125 items of movable property (inventory, furniture, equipment, etc.) and 13 vehicles and special equipment.

The starting price for the privatisation object is UAH 48.9 million excluding VAT.
