A business trip to Spain will focus on energy efficiency, smart design, and real estate comfort. The purpose of the business tour to Qatar will be to demonstrate a large-scale and innovative approach to development. Both tours are scheduled for late October-early November. Participants of the business tour to Spain will visit Madrid and the Costa Blanca, where they will conduct an architectural tour, as well as property tours to commercial and residential real estate projects, in particular, to one of the largest and most innovative business parks in Madrid - Las Mercedes.

The program of the tour to Qatar includes such objects as LusailSmartCity - the first eco-city to be built in Qatar and the largest construction that has ever taken place in the country (construction, marketing, and city management are estimated at $ 45 billion). Participants will also visit one of the most ambitious projects in the world - QatarPear and others.
