Deputies of the Kyiv City Council supported the decision, which envisages granting permission to the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital № 14 to demolish obsolete non-residential buildings belonging to the municipal property of the city of Kyiv and start preparing an investment tender. This was reported by the Department of Economics and Investment of the Kyiv City State Administration.

According to the Department, the demolition will take place only after determining the winner of the investment tender, concluding an investment contract with him, and the investor's compensation for the value of buildings and structures to be demolished.

Today on the territory of Kyiv City Clinical Hospital № 14 there are, in particular, 8 non-residential buildings with a total area of 2,482 sq.m: boiler room, laundry, food block, garage, pathological and histological building, vegetable storage, gas distribution point, and storage. The facilities belong to Kyiv City Clinical Hospital № 14 on the right of operational management and have not been used for their intended purpose since 2000. Most of them were built in 1937.

The approximate area of the land plot for the investment project is 1.2 hectares.

According to the preliminary pre-design proposals, a new medical center with a treatment section, an outpatient clinic, an ambulance station, and parking with 49 lots will be built on the site of the demolished facilities.

The obligations of the future investor will be determined at the stage of forming proposals to the terms and conditions of the relevant investment tender, which will be considered by the permanent tender commission for attracting investors.

Organization of investment tender to attract investors to the construction of a private medical center on the 3 Zoologichna street in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv is entrusted to the Department of Economy and Investment of the Kyiv City State Administration.
