In accordance with the Regulations on the procedure for conducting investment competitions, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated May 24, 2007 No. 528/1189, and decisions of the open competitive commission established by the order of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) of October 22, 2007 No. 1403 (protocol dated November 28, 2016, No. 91/2016), preparatory works for conducting an investment competition for attracting an investor to the project "Construction of a ski resort with entertainment and active all-season recreation facilities "Pirogovo" in Holosiivsky district".

A construction opportunity is being studied near the former solid waste landfill №1 for the construction of a ski complex with entertainment and active all-season recreation facilities "Pirogovo" in the Holosiivskyi district.

On a land plot with an approximate area of 100 hectares is provided:

- entrance group with the cafe, parking;

- sports center with swimming pool and sports halls;

- technical pond (surface area - 33,275.0 sq.m) with equipment for wakeboarding;

- shop and sports infrastructure, cafes, changing rooms, toilets, sports equipment rentals, storage rooms;

- hotel and restaurant complex with premises for seminars and conferences, car parking;

- rope park;

- information hubs;

- restaurant and ancillary facilities for athletes;

- equestrian sports institution;

- sports grounds for playing mini-football;

Outdoor area:

- in winter - a zone of "rolling out" of skiers and snowboarders, and holding mass sports and cultural events;

- in summer - placement of ramps for rollerblades and skateboards, trampolines, and prefabricated attractions.

The estimated investment is 12.3 million euros
