In accordance with the Regulations on the procedure of investment tenders, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council of May 24, 2007, № 528/1189, and the decision of the permanent tender commission established by the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) of October 22, 2007 (Minutes of April 12, 2016, № 83/2016) preparatory work has begun for investment tenders to attract investors to implement investment projects on the territory of Trukhaniv island.

It is planned to install a bicycle hub with a cafe and a barbecue area, create a wakeboarding center (sports ground) in the bay, sports areas with bicycles and information hub, bicycle information hub at the intersection to Dovbychka and near the beach, sports, and recreational beach area, infrastructure for fishing and barbecue and rope park.

These projects will help provide quality services to Kyiv residents in the sphere of leisure and recreation, including organizing cultural, recreational, sports, and tourist activities on the island.

The implementation of these projects will allow providing quality services to the people of Kyiv in the field of leisure and recreation, including the organization of cultural, health, sports, and tourism events on the island.
