The Municipal Recovery Centre, which operates under the Association of Ukrainian Cities, presented a selection of current grant opportunities for hromadas: digest1224asociaciya-mist-ukrayi-afcb71932d.pdf.
These include grants for the development of the creative economy, innovative solutions to increase agricultural productivity, innovative start-ups in the field of transport and logistics, grants from the European Endowment for Democracy, and non-competitive project selection from the International Renaissance Foundation.
In addition, climate innovation vouchers are offered to stimulate the implementation of environmental solutions and support businesses that contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases and the development of a green economy in Ukraine.
Consultants and experts of the Municipal Recovery Centre can provide advice on recovery from the regional branch of the Association of Ukrainian Cities.
The Municipal Recovery Centre was established to provide a mechanism for transferring expert knowledge and experience in rebuilding and recovery to local communities. The structural unit pays special attention to the regions most affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation: Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, and Sumy.
