An investment tender is held by the Department of Economy and Investment of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) in accordance with the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 24.05.2007 № 528/1189 "On approval of the Regulations on the procedure for holding investment tenders for construction, reconstruction, restoration, etc. of residential and non-residential facilities, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv" (as amended), an order of the Kyiv City State Administration dated 22.10.2007 № 1403 "On approval of the composition of the permanent tender commission to attract investors to finance the construction, reconstruction, restoration, etc. of residential and non-residential facilities, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv" (as amended) and the order of the Kyiv City State Administration dated 29.08.2012 № 1504 "On holding investment tenders to attract investors to the implementation of investment construction projects".

1. Information about the object of investment

1.1. The object of investment is the construction of a center of extracurricular education on the territory of the Universum Lyceum on the street Politekhnichna st., 3-a in Shevchenkivskyi district.

1.2. The area of the land plot is 0.95 ha (in the permanent use of the Lyceum "Universum" of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The purpose of the land plot is operation and maintenance of existing buildings).

1.3. The construction of the Investment Object will be carried out on the part of the land plot specified in clause 1.2 of this announcement, with an approximate area of 0.1 ha (hereinafter - the Part of the land plot).

1.4. The area and boundaries of the Part of the land plot shall be determined by the land management documentation approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine and duly executed documentation for the right to use the Part of the land plot, but in any case, the total area of the Part of the land plot may not exceed 0.1 ha.

1.5. Indicative technical and economic indicators of the Investment Object:

1.6. The estimated cost of construction of the Investment Object is UAH 21,669,000.00 (Twenty-one million six hundred and sixty-nine thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks) including VAT, incl. VAT - UAH 3,611,500.00 (Three million six hundred and eleven thousand five hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks).

1.7. The final cost of construction of the Investment Object is determined in accordance with the approved design documentation for the construction of the Investment Object.

1.8. In addition to the construction of the Investment Object (Center for Extracurricular Education), the Investor undertakes to perform works on arrangement, landscaping, and decoration of the facade of the building of the Lyceum "Universum", the technical and economic indicators of which are defined in clause 1.9 of this announcement.

The order of performance of works and the amount of their financing, based on the amount offered by the Investor, but not less than UAH 3,000,000.00 (Three million hryvnias 00 kopecks), is determined in agreement with the Construction Customer and the Customer of project realization (the final cost of such works will be determined by the moment of preparation of project documentation taking into account the inflation rate).

1.9. Approximate technical and economic indicators for the arrangement, landscaping, and decoration of the facade of the building of the lyceum "Universum":

1.10. The construction of the Investment Object is possible only after the performance of the works specified in paragraph 1.8 of this announcement and the transfer of the relevant property to the Construction Customer, as well as after examination of the costs of relevant works and their coordination with the Customer of project realization. The fact of execution of works on the arrangement, improvement of the territory and finishing of the facade of the building of Lyceum "Universum", provided by item 1.8 of this announcement, is confirmed by the act concluded between the Customer of construction, the Customer of project realization and the Investor.

1.11. The final technical and economic indicators of the Investment Object and the final technical and economic indicators for the arrangement, landscaping, and decoration of the facade of the building of the Lyceum "Universum" will be determined in accordance with the approved project documentation.
