Municipal enterprise "Kyiv Investment Agency" is conducting pre-tender works on the project "Construction of a multifunctional residential complex on the Krasnova st., 25 in Sviatoshynskyi district” (order of the Kyiv City State Administration dated August 18, 2016, № 719).

The organization and holding of the relevant investment competition will provide the residents of Kyiv with modern housing and favorable living conditions in the Sviatoshynskyi district, which is actively developing and transforming in the territory of public and residential buildings.

The favorable location of the land plot for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex is due to the proximity to public transport (5 minutes to the trolleybus stop and 15 minutes to the metro station "Svyatoshin").
